First meal of the day is breakfast, a healthy breakfast is the healthy beginning of the day. You need to make sure that you have all the energy required to kick off your day. For breakfast, you have so many choices available. You can include things such as Oatmeal,Muesli cereal, Skimmed Milk, Green Tea, Egg White, Chicken Breast Sandwich, Fruit Salad, Peanut Butter, Brown Bread and Black Coffee. You can design your breakfast as per your choices from the available options, you can have 2 egg whites, a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of black coffee one day and a chicken breast sandwich, a bowl of fruit salad and a cup of green tea the other day. The choice is yours.
As you are trying to lose weight, your lunch will have to comprise of the foods that can aid in weight loss. Things such as Green Vegetables (Lettuce, Broccoli, Capsicum, Cucumber, Lady Finger, Spinach ,Zucchini and etc) Chickpeas salad,Chicken Breast, (Steamed, Boiled or Grilled) Fish, Brown Bread, Boiled Rice, Seasonal Fruits (Consider Weight Loss Fruits Such as Apple, Banana, Pomegranate Seeds, Pineapple, Straw-Berry and etc) should be a part of your lunch. Untimely Hunger - It is obvious that at some point you might confront untimely hunger. In order to get over it, consider having an apple, an orange, some almonds ,peanut butter,rice cake or sweet potato.
There are not only thing which you need to consume in order to lose weight but there are some things which you need to avoid in order to make sure you lose excessive weight. Things such as junk food, oily food, soda drinks, sugar and alcohol should be avoided. However, if you’re so much inclined towards soda drinks or junk food, you can consider taking it once or twice a week but not more than that.
